YOUR NEW ROLE:

As our new Finance Business Partner, you'll step into a dynamic position that includes:

*Driving Profitability: Review weekly P&L forecasts and monthly management accounts, partnering with business unit leaders to boost performance.

*Strategic Planning: Coordinate the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, collaborate with operational managers, and help them communicate financial insights to the Board.

*Reporting & Decision Support: Create timely, accurate financial reports and business cases that empower decision-making.

*Collaborative Liaison: Work closely with operational management, present financial insights at monthly meetings, and become an integral part of the Board's management team.

*Cost & Profit Management: Challenge management on costs and revenue, driving continuous improvement and ensuring profit maximization.

*Financial Communication: Make complex financial data understandable for non-financial stakeholders, offering clear professional insight.

*Efficiency & Improvement: Continuously refine finance and business processes, promoting best practices in financial control and governance.

*Commercial Support: Assist with tenders, evaluate capital projects for financial viability, and commercialize new solutions to maximize financial benefit.

*Leadership: Line management of a Finance Analyst.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

*Qualification: A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

*Experience: Solid experience in a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant role with financial business partnering responsibilities.

*Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities, with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
