Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? Our client, a highly regarded boutique independent financial advisory firm, is seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to join their close-knit and friendly team.

The Opportunity:

This is a unique chance to work closely with the firm’s two Managing Partners, playing an integral role in the advice process from day one. You will have direct client exposure and the opportunity to be a key part of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing comprehensive technical support to the Managing Partners.
  • Preparing detailed research, suitability reports, and financial planning recommendations.
  • Engaging with clients regularly, ensuring they receive a highly personal and tailored service.
  • Collaborating with an in-house administrator, allowing you to focus on the technical aspects of financial planning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards).
  • Experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA/Wealth Management environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with excellent communication skills.
