A growing medium-sized housing developer is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team in Devon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales of a new build housing site in Bradworthy, working directly under the sales manager.
This company is experiencing growth and has a robust pipeline of sites, offering potential for progression to Sales Manager within 2 years.
Job Duties:- Manage the sales process of new build housing units
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements
- Coordinate with marketing and construction teams
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity
- Proven experience in new build sales
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role within the housing industry
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of the new build sales process
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
This role involves working on-site at the new build housing development in Bradworthy, South West England.
Benefits include up to £32,000 salary, fuel allowance, uncapped commission scheme (£1,000 per plot), and additional perks.
