You will work closely with the Direct Sales team and Surveyors to ensure every installation meets high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Install roller doors and related products in residential properties, adhering to Garolla’s high-quality standards.
  • Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, focusing on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the Direct Sales team and Surveyors from initial sale to final installation.
  • Provide feedback on customer expectations, site conditions, and any issues impacting the installation process.
  • Represent Garolla professionally during installations, addressing any customer queries or concerns on-site.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring all products meet Garolla’s and regulatory quality standards.
  • Report on job completion, noting any issues, delays, or site-specific challenges.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process.
  • Collaborate with the after-sales team to address any remedial work required.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Operations team on the installation process and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with product updates, installation techniques, and best practices.
  • Attend internal Field Quality & Technical Liaison Reviews.
The Person:Requirements:
  • Knowledge of door products and assembly materials.
  • Familiarity with installation processes and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working and communicating remotely.
