- Install roller doors and related products in residential properties, adhering to Garolla’s high-quality standards.
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, focusing on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Direct Sales team and Surveyors from initial sale to final installation.
- Provide feedback on customer expectations, site conditions, and any issues impacting the installation process.
- Represent Garolla professionally during installations, addressing any customer queries or concerns on-site.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring all products meet Garolla’s and regulatory quality standards.
- Report on job completion, noting any issues, delays, or site-specific challenges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to address any remedial work required.
- Provide regular feedback to the Operations team on the installation process and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with product updates, installation techniques, and best practices.
- Attend internal Field Quality & Technical Liaison Reviews.
