Our client, a well-established full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their busy family/matrimonial department in Cullompton.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, delivering exceptional client care and legal advice while contributing to the department's growth and success.

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters

• Provide accurate and reliable legal advice to clients

• Stay current with legal developments in family law

• Actively participate in department marketing and client relations

• Maintain a network of professional contacts and referrers

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with family law experience

• Knowledge of divorce, civil partnership, separation, and cohabitee issues

• Experience in family finance and children matters

• Familiarity with the legal aid system (desirable)

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

• Competitive salary between £50,000 and £70,000 per annum
