Recruitment Consultancy role based just outside of Exeter Junction 27 of M5
Salary up to 拢50,000 basic, plus quarterly bonus
Ellis Fox is a niche construction/ civil engineering recruitment consultancy placing senior talent for the UK鈥檚 top 50 Main Contractors. Founded in 2011, the Ellis Fox team is looking to increase its sales team from 4 to 6 consultants.
What will I be doing day to day?
路 Business development through calls, online networking and emails
路 Interviewing candidates via Teams and over the phone
路 Negotiating fees and charges for your services
路 Building up a base of clients within your geographical area
路 Utilising recruitment tools to source candidates and generate leads
路 Building your own personal brand through social media and LinkedIn
