Customer Service Co-ordinator

Permanent, Full-Time hours 8am-5pm, salary up to £27,000 DOE offering great benefits and hybrid working.

A new opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator has arisen to join a busy Team who deliver excellent Customer service to the house building industry for a growing Business.

As an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Providing information to customers about products, services, and promotions
  • Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement
