About the Role

In this role, youll be responsible for:
  • Preparing year-end accounts and tax returns
  • Providing tax planning and compliance advice
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Working closely with clients, particularly in agriculture and rural business
  • Continuously developing your own professional skills with our full support
What Were Looking For Ideally, you will have:
  • Solid experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice
  • A strong grasp of accounting and reporting principles
  • Proficiency in software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Digita
  • Confidence working with clients and as part of a team
  • An eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience training or mentoring junior staff is a big plus
