Reporting to the Business Owners and working approximately 70% from their recently refurbished head office in North Bristol and 30% in a mobile capacity, as a Technical Sales/Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our client's 300+ authorised UK and international agent network for their performance tuning/ECU remapping services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identify and target potential agents across a range of industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Respond to and vet potential agent enquiries through a range of communication platforms (Email, Phone, Social Media).
- Work closely with internal and external teams to coordinate and exhibit at a range of industry-specific trade shows throughout the UK and Europe.
- Understand the different tools, software, products and equipment offered to our agent network and carry out sales demonstrations and handover training.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Regularly attend key industry networking and social events.
- Manage the stock and help with the shipping of products and equipment that our clients distribute to their global agent network.
- Coordinate with the internal teams, including working closely with the technical support and marketing team to ensure our client's agents are provided with all the information, tools and marketing material that they need to be successful.
