Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced administrator to join their small team working on a private estate. The ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach and capable of leading the admin to support a busy estate.

Key Responsibilities – Administrator

  • Be the right hand to the Estate Manager, supporting daily estate administration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, handling all related admin.
  • Take charge of facilities-related administration.
  • Tackle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Estate Manager with enthusiasm.
  • Manage supplier invoices with a keen eye on budgets and collaborate with our accounts team to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle online purchasing of supplies with efficiency.
  • Think commercially to identify and implement improvements in quality, time, and cost.

Qualifications & Requirements – Administrator

  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Self-motivating and able to work alone.
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor liaison.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, utilizing common sense and initiative.
  • Valid driving license.
  • High proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Mac user preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
