Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting our Tonbridge based conscturtion client who is currently looking for an available immediate Company Accountant to support them on a temporary basis while they recruit a permanent member of staff. This opportunity most certainly could lead to a permanent opportunity!
The ideal Company Accountant would need to be able to show experience in the following duties:
The Company Accountant duties:
- Matching, batching and coding of purchase ledger invoices
- Matching, batching and coding sales ledger invoices
- Daily banking
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare Payroll information
- Process company Payroll
- Deal with Statutory payroll calculations
- Add payroll information in Excel
- Prepare and process Payroll from start to finish.
- Cash-book reconciliations
If you can show the relevant experience obtained from a similar Company Accountant role with start to finish Payroll experience, can commit to an office-based role on a full time basis, and are available immediately then please apply!
