INTERIM FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

A growing and very successful business based 45mins south of London (the closest train station is Paddock Wood) are looking for an Interim Financial Controller to join the business initially on a 3 month fixed term contract with a view to going permanent at the end.

Key Points:

• This is a 3 month Fixed term contract (covering the end of a maternity cover) with the possibility of permanent at the end
• First month will be office based 4 days in the office with Fridays WFH
• After the first month the role will be 2 days in the office per week (can be more if you wish)
• Work alongside the CFO in a finance team of 4
• Fast paced business
• Good work life balance – with 3 days per week working from home and no crazy hours – this role would suit someone who is looking to do a really good job during work hours but then have a life outside of work!
• Duties will include audit, cash forecasting, billing, managing the accounts, reviewing accounts and cash flow to name a few tasks
• Nice modern office which is a walkable distance from Paddock wood train station
• Friendly finance team
• Open to process and procedure improvements

Requirements

-              Ideally the successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA/ ACA)

-              Ideally you will be happy to stay with the company on a long term basis after the initial 3 months

-              Experience in a fast paced environment and able to demonstrate examples of this
