About the Position:Become part of a driven and supportive team in a fresh, exciting position, where you'll manage invoicing, process supplier payments, perform bank reconciliations, oversee credit control, and contribute to monthly financial reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skills in a dynamic and fast-moving setting.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Bank reconciliation tasks
  • Oversee credit control processes
  • Create and distribute sales invoices (monthly, ad-hoc, and quarterly)
  • Process supplier invoices and coordinate payment plans
  • Handle staff expense claims and company credit card management
  • Offer administrative support to the finance and office team
Who They're Looking For:The perfect candidate will be eager, self-driven, and ready to learn. You should be able to effectively prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal oversight.Skills and Qualifications:
  • AAT Level 3 (minimum)
  • Strong knowledge of Xero
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Solid administrative background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
