Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage administrative requirements for the Estates functions, including maintaining records, checking contractor compliance, scheduling repair works, obtaining quotes, and arranging emergency call-outs.
  • Monitor the Estate Helpdesk System, ensuring job requests are allocated to relevant staff on each campus and progressed through to completion.
  • Liaise with staff to ensure college vehicles are allocated correctly, serviced, and fully maintained.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support and coordination skills to oversee contract delivery across the department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Teams.
  • Experienced in processing data quickly and accurately.
  • Methodical and organised approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and statutory timescales.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
