Administrative Assistant (Part-time) – £12.21 Per Hour– Tonbridge, Kent

The Role

We are the UK’s leading provider of contract spray drying services, looking to appoint an organised and conscientiousadministrative assistant to our growing team.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.

This is a part-time position, approximately 15 hours per week over 3 days, with flexibility to adjust based on office needs. You will also have opportunities for training and professional growth.

Note: The successful applicant will need to be already living within a 30 min commute of our Tonbridge offices and be authorised to work in the UK as we are unable to offer sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the logistics team, including data entry, email management, and phone duties.
  • Organisational Tasks: Maintain electronic files, raise invoices and order confirmations, send out customer samples, and assist with despatch documentation.
  • Office Support: Ensure optimal use of office equipment and supplies by maintaining inventories and ordering supplies.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer incoming telephone calls, and provide general support to clients and staff.

Drytec Spray Drying Ltd. has more than thirty five years of experience in particle drying technology, working with leading companies across Europe in the Food, Pharmaceutical and Fragrance industries.

We are able to produce a wide range of products to exceptional quality and hygiene standards for volumes from a few Kgs to many Tonnes. We have tremendous experience in providing spray drying services to the Food Industry including Flavours, Individual Ingredients, Pharmaceutical Excipients, Colours and Nutritional products.
