Location: Paddock Wood (moving to Marden in March 2025)Salary: £30,888 per annum
About the RoleOur client is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join their team at their site in Paddock Wood. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company, offering competitive pay and excellent benefits.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
- Conducting regular quality checks and troubleshooting machinery issues as needed.
- Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 45 hours per week

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
