Role Overview
Trigon Recruitment are recruiting for a Grade 2 Ofsted Training Provider. Looking for a skilled Quality and Compliance Administrator to work from the Tonbridge site. This role is vital in supporting the Quality function with various administrative responsibilities, ensuring compliance with external accreditation requirements and assisting with data analysis to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have some experience within funded learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Quality function.
- Coordinate and schedule standardisation meetings, including room bookings and documentation preparation.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of documentation for external accreditations (e.g., Matrix, Disability Confident, ISO9001, ISO27001).
- Assist with monitoring and analysing learner performance data, learner feedback, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date records of quality assurance activities and outcomes.
- Assist in planning and coordinating external visits from awarding organisations and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure timely approval of new qualifications and compliance with awarding organisation requirements.
- Monitor and report on attendance and punctuality rates across provisions.
- Support the identification of trends and areas for improvement through regular data analysis and feedback reviews.
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Preparing relevant paperwork as and when required
- All other administrative duties as requested by the department
About You:
- IT Literate - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
- Highly Organised - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills - Able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Attention to Detail - Accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance monitoring.
- Team Player - Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
