Job summary:

Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team. The role is primarily hands on but will include a strong HR aspect. The role is extremely varied, encompassing day to day administration, Marketing & events planning and people management.

Duties:- Supervising and coordinating staff activities to guarantee smooth communication.

- planning events and promotions.

- Providing leadership and guidance to team members to enhance performance, resolve issues and ensure customer service standers are met.

- Supporting the Manager in administrative tasks such as inventory management and scheduling.

Experience:

-Demonstrated ability in team management and supervising staff.

-Strong organisational skills with a focus on maintaining high standards.

-A background in HR is desirable but not essential.

-Candidate must have the ability to stay calm whilst being tactful and firm when resolving any disputes.
