Responsibilities:

  • Support the Risk Management Team with all administrative tasks related to Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Insurance.
  • Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation. ??
  • Schedule meetings, inspections, and audits, ensuring a smooth operation across our sites.
  • Obtain quotes for goods and services as needed.
  • Field inquiries, manage emails, and handle phone calls with a friendly demeanour. ??
  • Assist in monitoring budgets and setting financial targets for the academic year. ??
  • Collaborate with the Estates Management Team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Provide support during periods of sickness or annual leave within the team.
  • Undertake any reasonable duties as requested by management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Good standard of education (GCSE level or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong literacy and communication skills. ??
  • Experience in administrative roles, particularly in complex environments.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining reliability.
  • A commitment to building positive relationships with colleagues and students. ??
  • Understanding of the Estates/Facilities sector is a plus!
