There is a new Head Chef and Sous Chef who are building a team of professional chefs to join them. The menus are modern British with international influences, and they make everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this is sourced locally.
As Chef de Partie you will receive an excellent training and be involved in contributing ideas for the menus, stock control and training the junior chefs.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a fresh food, fast paced kitchen and have a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.
