There is an experienced Head Chef looking to gain awards and accolades for the first-class cuisine they are preparing. The successful Senior Sous Chef will be competent on all sections of the kitchen, have a genuine love of cooking with fresh, locally sourced produce and be capable of running a first-class kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
