There are two celebrity chefs involved in the business and they work closely with the team to ensure the continued success. There is also a very talented Head Chef so the successful candidate will have every opportunity to develop their skills further. As Sous Chef you will be involved with menu design, costing, controlling stock, ordering, and training the junior members of the team.
Your own transport will be essential, due to the rural location of the establishment.
