Henry Martin are assisting a leading client in their search for an Experienced Information Manager. The successful candidate will be process-driven and have extensive knowledge of Asite, playing a key role in managing information for large-scale projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of project information across various platforms, with a focus on Asite.
  • Ensure smooth flow of documentation and information management processes for all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project teams to support document control, collaboration, and version management.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with information management standards and protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on the use of Asite and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with external and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Information Manager, with a focus on document control or project information management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Asite and its integration with other project management systems.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards or other information management best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
