Position: Panel Beater
Location: Tonbridge
Salary:35-45K depending on experience

We are currently seeking a talented Panel Beater to join our client's well-established and reputable team in Tonbridge. If you are a skilled technician with experience in vehicle body repairs and are looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you!

As a Panel Beater, you will play a key role in repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork to the highest standards. You will use your expertise to fix damaged panels, ensuring the vehicles meet safety and aesthetic standards. You'll be working with a variety of makes and models, providing quality repairs and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Repairing and replacing vehicle panels, ensuring a perfect finish
* Carrying out bodywork repairs, including dent removal, panel alignment, and straightening
* Using specialist tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently
* Working with precision to ensure all repairs meet safety standards
* Keeping accurate records of all work completed
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Ensuring all repairs are completed within agreed timescales and to a high standard

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater (minimum of 5 years)
Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
Proficiency in using a variety of panel beating tools and equipment
A positive attitude and strong team player
A valid driving license
ATA Accreditation would be highly advantageous but not essential
