Position: Panel Beater
Location: Tonbridge
Salary:35-45K depending on experience
Are you an experienced Panel Beater with a passion for quality vehicle repairs? Our client are seeking someone to join their dynamic team, where excellence is standard and customer satisfaction is priority!
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore damaged vehicle panels to original condition
- Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) and traditional panel beating
- Remove dents, scratches, and other body damage
- Straighten and align vehicle frames using specialized tools
- Prepare vehicles for painting and finish the repairs to a high standard
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater (minimum of 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using a variety of panel beating tools and equipment
- A positive attitude and strong team player
- A valid driving license
- ATA Accreditation would be highly advantageous but not essential
