I am working with a Global brand who are looking for a strategic EMEA Marketing Director to join their team within Health and Wellbeing who can oversee and support the local development and execution of marketing and business plans in the EMEA region, this will include developing budgets, monitoring performance and making actionable changes when need be. You must come from a strong product background within the retail sector and be comfortable with delivering a strong modern retail strategy with the ability to expand on the multi brand and omni channel experience.

A bit about the role:

** Be responsible for overall marketing of personal care performance of the EMEA region with the management team, working with counterparts in Sales

** Work with the marketing team structure to define, agree, and execute the marketing plan.

** Collaborate with key stakeholders & Management Team to agree on Country strategy aligned with the category priorities.

** Define the business needs and priorities and allocate resources accordingly.

** Define business KPIs.

** Identify and realise business development opportunities and develop clear rationale for investment and ROI.

** Managing and mentoring the product team in establishing effective product & category management

** Work closely with US product teams to create road maps, ensuring EMEA consumer requirements are met

** Working with the creative team to build A+ content

** Establishing and maintaining the relationships across the EMEA structure

** Develop and improve the marketing team through mentoring and coaching

** Ensure all team members are developed to their full potential

** Identify accounts that need support and ensure full compliance.

** Work closely with Heads of  Sales to ensure effective deployment of Marketing resources and execution of Marketing activities by sales team.

** Review performance and present results to the CEO and wider management team.

** Provide input as part of leadership team into reviews and end-of-year evaluations.

** Work with the Management team to agree the Budget.

** Maintain an open communication across all areas of the business ensuring the personification of the company value

What we need from you:

** Proven Director or Head of Marketing experience

** Experience in working with tangible product to market

** Experience running marketing teams 

** Ability to react quickly and drive change easily 

** Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and international teams with ease
