- Act as the central point of contact for sales enquiries, responding promptly and efficiently.
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls, delivering a consultative approach to potential clients, and winning new business.
- Actively generate and nurture new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Prepare proposals and quotes accurately, maintaining records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads to secure bookings and facilitate invoicing and payments.
- Conduct client outreach to anticipate future requirements.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Provide sales reports to the Manager and support with the planning and scheduling of services to customers.
- Attend exhibitions and networking events.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and KPIs within agreed time frames.
- Excellent communication skills across various channels.
- Previous work experience as a Sales Consultant, or within an Account Management and Customer Service role.
- Experience with CRM software and a good knowledge of MS Office.
