We are seeking a Project Manager to lead within a company, during an exciting period of expansion. This role is pivotal in driving organisational excellence and implementing continuous improvement strategies to optimise efficiency and effectiveness in a key area of the business.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to drive the successful project planning process for the company, ensuring successful delivery from requirements to shipment.
  • Develop and own the master plan for delivery, monitoring progress and planning against key project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Conduct day-to-day troubleshooting to identify and resolve key issues, reducing bottlenecks and meeting project delivery deadlines and budgets.
  • Act as the interface for delivery with the overseas installation team, ensuring their installation requirements are met and proactively identifying longer-term improvements to the process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management and business operations, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies and process optimisation.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing long-term process improvements.
