Contracts Manager:

Salary: 35,000- 40,000 DOE

Tonbridge (Predominantly Hybrid and Field Based)

Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm (No Weekends)

We are proud to be exclusively partnering with a dynamic, growing, family- feel business for a key role in their expansion plans. We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Manager to oversee various projects, ensuring each project runs smoothly and efficiently. The role is ideally suited to an ambitious and resilient individual who has the desire and experience to step into the role and progress within the company. The successful candidate will have a CSCS card, experience and knowledge of the industry and desire to drive the company's progression. This role will predominantly field based with few office days in Tonbridge. You will need to be willing to drive due to completing site visits. We are particular seeking candidates with building or construction experience.

Duties:

  • Managing the progress of plots and coordinating with developers
  • Attending and arranging site meetings as necessary
  • Liaising with various teams to schedule fittings and remedial works
  • Conducting pre-start site meetings and preparing method statements and RAMs
  • Upholding health and safety standards and performing quarterly RAM reviews
  • Carrying out quality assurance inspections to maintain high standards
  • Maintaining positive relationships with developers to foster new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Great communications with all levels
  • Have a resilient approach
  • Must have a clean driving licence
  • CSCS card
