Customer Service Administrator – 12 month fixed term contract
£24,000 - £25,000 DOE
Outskirts of Tonbridge (own transport needed due to location)
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, fully office based
Exciting opportunity to join a family run, yet established company based on the outskirts of Tonbridge on a full-time basis working within a friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as well as a variety of administrative duties.
Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Some duties include:
- Speaking to customers on the phone, face to face and via email.
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with customers.
- Processing customer orders.
- Responding to sales enquiries and providing quotations.
- Checking invoices.
- Transport bookings.
- Updating the CRM system.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous experience within an office based customer service role.
- Previous experience of processing customer orders.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Good computer and Excel skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- A team player.
- A meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
