Customer Service Administrator – 12 month fixed term contract

£24,000 - £25,000 DOE

Outskirts of Tonbridge (own transport needed due to location)

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, fully office based

Exciting opportunity to join a family run, yet established company based on the outskirts of Tonbridge on a full-time basis working within a friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as well as a variety of administrative duties.

Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Some duties include:

  • Speaking to customers on the phone, face to face and via email.
  • Maintaining and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Responding to sales enquiries and providing quotations.
  • Checking invoices.
  • Transport bookings.
  • Updating the CRM system.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Previous experience within an office based customer service role.
  • Previous experience of processing customer orders.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Good computer and Excel skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • A team player.
  • A meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn.
