I have an exciting opportunity, to support my client on a seasonal contract, with the potential of becoming permanent!
Day to Day of a Customer Service Advisor–
- Provide excellent service via email and telephone, handling queries and processing changes as instructed by the account holder.
- Issue documents, relevant to any changes that have been made.
- To rectify and understand any complaints and dissatisfaction from customers and resolving this with an appropriate manner.
Requirements for the Customer Service Advisor role –
- Proven call centre experience, or within a similar setting.
- Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- A quick learner, who is able to adapt to change quickly.
Details of the Customer Service Advisor role –
- Monday – Friday 09:00-17:30
- Every other Saturday 09:00 – 13:00 (Day off in the week lieu)
- £11.50 - £12 P/H PAYE
- Parking onsite.
- Contract throughout the whole of December, with the potential of becoming permanent.
