I have an exciting opportunity, to support my client on a seasonal contract, with the potential of becoming permanent!

Day to Day of a Customer Service Advisor–

  • Provide excellent service via email and telephone, handling queries and processing changes as instructed by the account holder.
  • Issue documents, relevant to any changes that have been made.
  • To rectify and understand any complaints and dissatisfaction from customers and resolving this with an appropriate manner.

Requirements for the Customer Service Advisor role –

  • Proven call centre experience, or within a similar setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • A quick learner, who is able to adapt to change quickly.

Details of the Customer Service Advisor role –

  • Monday – Friday 09:00-17:30
  • Every other Saturday 09:00 – 13:00 (Day off in the week lieu)
  • £11.50 - £12 P/H PAYE
  • Parking onsite.
  • Contract throughout the whole of December, with the potential of becoming permanent.
