As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be joining a healthcare company in Marden who due to multiple business wins they’re growing their team.

What will you be doing?

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for their customers, where you will be providing support and information on their products, promotions, pricing and policies via phone, email and chat.
  • Working alongside a friendly and collaborative finance team, you’ll be handling enquiries, processing orders, modifications and returns, and resolving complaints.
  • You’ll keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.

About you:

  • You have proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center, with the ability to manage diverse tasks, from assisting healthcare professionals to handling consumer loan queries.
  • You'll have great communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
  • You’re proficient in MS Office, able to multitask effectively, and have demonstrated the ability to learn new processes quickly.
