The role plays an integral part within their business, ensuring their clients get the very best product and service. This office-based role will see you delivering exceptional service to UK-based clients, understanding their needs, and resolving any queries they may have. The role has a lovely balance of customer service, coordination, and administration.
You will be joining a caring environment, have the opportunity to progress within the business, and achieve a work-life balance which can be hard to find elsewhere! In order to be considered for the position, you will need to have strong customer service experience and ideally some administration experience, which can be gained through office work or retail. A passion to deliver exceptional service and, most importantly, a team-oriented mindset.
