Service Advisor

Tonbridge

£30,420 plus overtime and excellent benefits

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a new role? Do you have previous Dealership experience - Cars or Commercial? This could be the role for you!

My client based near Tonbridge is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join its well-established team.

Hours are Monday to Friday - 8.00am - 18.00pm, 1hr lunch.

There will requirement to work approximately every 5th Saturday 7.30am - 13.00pm - this will be paid at overtime.

Key Duties

  • Dealing with Customers face to face, via telephone and email
  • Inputting information on Database
  • Booking in services and ordering parts
  • Dealing with questions and issues
  • Chasing orders
  • Diary Management

Experience required

  • Previous experience in a similar Customer service-based role, ideally from the motor industry but not essential
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment
  • Ability to deal with customers professionally face to face, via the telephone and also email
  • Good IT Skills - ideally knowledge of Kerridge/Autoline/Key loop or DMS, but not essential as training can be given.
  • An eye for detail
