Hours: 42 hours per week, 1 in 3 weekends

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face of the dealership, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
- Manage customer bookings and communicate updates, providing exceptional service at every step.
- Offer expert advice on vehicle servicing and repairs, while proactively recommending additional services.
- Ensure accurate invoicing, handle payments, and keep detailed customer records.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficient communication and smooth workflow.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a Main Dealer.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organisation.
- A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Full UK driving licence.
