This wonderful, well established Pre-School are wanting to find another like-minded person, to fit well into their team, have fun with their work and someone who takes nurturing little people very seriously. You would also be committed to their family values and ways they work.

The normal working hours would be Monday to Friday 12pm - 17:30, however you will need to be flexible to accommodate other shifts.

This pre-school is a charity run setting, they hold a lot of fundraising events, so if you are someone who thinks outside the box then you would be a great addition to their team.

Their aim is to provide a happy, caring, and loving environment where each child is valued as a unique individual, regardless of colour, gender, creed, ability, or background.

They seek to foster the development of early skills through a broad, balanced, and relevant program of activities, giving all children a secure foundation for later learning. Recognising that children develop at different rates, they aim to provide equal opportunities for all by offering a comprehensive and varied curriculum, with activities tailored to meet the needs of each child through a team of experienced and committed staff.

In addition, they aim to:

  1. Prioritise the child's needs and safety above all other considerations,
  2. Provide a safe, stimulating, and happy environment with high-quality care and education,
  3. Consider children's needs related to ability, language, race, culture, and religion,
  4. Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals,
  5. Support children's families,
  6. Promote and encourage equal opportunities for both children and adults,
  7. Support staff in attending training courses to help them achieve their full potential in their roles.

These aims and objectives are reflected in their policies.

The Pre-school is open during school term times only. They operate five mornings per week: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 11.45am and five afternoons per week: Monday to Friday 12.00pm to 3.00pm. They also offer all day sessions from 8:30am-3:00pm for children in their last academic year before school or from aged 3 if availability allows.
