About the role:

The position requires working on a 1:1 basis, with a pupil who will be joining the school in September 24. The pupil will be on the SEND register, and will require personalised provision, due to their complex and significant needs.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will be positive, highly motivated and flexible. They will show care and nurture for the pupil, ensuring that their physical, medical, emotional and academic needs are met. They will be passionate about education and motivated to a fully inclusive curriculum offer. They will strive to support the child with their happiness, progress and success within the mainstream setting.

Previous experience of working with children in a nursery or school setting would be preferable, but any experience with SEN would be useful.
