Our clients a specialist in the renewable energy industry is recruiting for an Electrician to join their growing team. Working in both the commercial and residential sectors, the Electrician will be responsible for installing and maintaining Solar and EV equipment.

Key Responsibility for the Electrician

  • Install Renewable Energy Components: Install solar electric PV systems, battery storage, and EVs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is safe and complies with current regulations.
  • Timely and High-Quality Installations: Complete installations in a timely, cost-effective manner to a high standard.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist and work as a team with PV Roofers when required.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep technical knowledge current through company and self-driven training.
  • Project Documentation: Ensure project documents are complete, current, and accurate.

Key Experience for the Electrician

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV systems and related electrical components.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in following technical specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards to ensure high-quality installations.
  • Safety Awareness: Strong understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other professionals, such as PV Roofers and project managers, to achieve project goals.
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Trade Qualified or equivalent, demonstrable experience.
