- Diary Management: Efficiently organise and manage schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Letter Writing: Draft and compose correspondence on behalf of the directors, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks and projects as required.
- Previous experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
