Rate: £350 - £400 Per day Inside ir35
This is an opportunity to work directly for the client on an infrastructure project out of Kent.
My client is looking for a Senior Ecologist to join their Environmental team with prior experience managing a team or Ecologists and being able to provide technical support to multiple teams.
As this is a senior position candidates must have experience managing teams of ecologists, coordinating, and delivering ecologist reports as well has having an understanding of rail maintenance.
This is an office-based role however there will be an expectation to visit sites across the region as well as having the opportunity to work from home.
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant subject such as Ecology, environmental sciences etc.
- A member of Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM)
- Understanding of ecological practices in the rail industry
- Experience coordinating Ecologist reports
Desirable:
- Understanding of CDM regulations
- Understanding of ISO 14001
- PTS (Personal Track Safety) - Can be provided if necessary
- Experience Managing teams
