UP Building Products part of Brickability Group Plc, are currently looking for a Driver / forklift operator to join their team in Kent. This is full time position working Mon-Friday 8am-5pm.

The Group distributes, and in many cases installs superior quality and strategically important building materials from major UK and European manufacturing partners, providing product solutions to both private and commercial specifiers, contractors, developers, and builders.

Skills and Qualification Required:

  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Lorry mounted crane qualification preferred but not necessary as Training can be provided.
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Able to work in fast paced environment & under pressure
  • Manual handling skills

The main responsibilities of the Driver / forklift operatorare:

loading and offloading trucks

taking deliveries of goods and supplies

picking and packing orders

moving and storing goods correctly

organising and prioritising workload

working with a physically demanding environment

keeping work area clean and tidy

working at high levels of customer service


Technical Knowledge

Forklift License or willing to train

experience of working in a similar environment
