- Annual Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Day-to-day of the Fabricator role:
- Read and understand workshop drawings.
- Fabricate and assemble components from drawings.
- Operate machinery safely to produce high-quality products.
- Achieve high productivity within agreed manufacturing times.
- Complete jobs on time with zero defects and be responsible for the first quality check.
- Clean components ready for quality checks.
- Act with integrity and honesty while looking out for other team members.
- Report any accidents or near misses to managers.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications of the Fabricator:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves, etc.).
- Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.).
- Good understanding of quality control principles.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
