Part Time HR Administrator

Hours - 20 - 25 hours (must be able to start 8am)

Our client in Tonbridge is seeking a Part Time HR Administrator to join their team.

Duties:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in electronic systems.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and absence management.
  • Assist in staff training and development, maintaining records of courses and certifications.
  • Address general HR queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate staff performance reviews and probation periods.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Deliver efficient reception and administrative services to ensure smooth operations.
