Duties & Responsibilities:Â
•   Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the parts department in order to ensure that excellent customer service is provided and all financial targets are achieved.Â
•   Ensuring that all customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently.Â
•   Answering customers queries and questions regarding any technical problems, warranties and repairs.Â
•   Carrying out stock takes and maintaining an inventory.Â
•   Inspecting any items for quality or damage.Â
•   Managing a team of Parts Advisors within the Parts department, and managing a further 3 parts advisors across different sites )Â
Your Background & Skill:Â
•   Proven experience as a parts Manager within a main dealer.
•   Managing a small parts team.
•   Excellent communication skills.Â
•   Ability to work towards deadlines.Â
•   You hold a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels.Â
•   Committed to delivering excellent customer service.Â
•   Confident and professional.Â
