Our client, a franchised dealership in the Tonbridge area, is on the lookout to recruit a Parts Manager to join their busy team. If you are interested in finding out some more information – please contact us today! 

Duties & Responsibilities: 
•    Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the parts department in order to ensure that excellent customer service is provided and all financial targets are achieved. 
•    Ensuring that all customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently. 
•    Answering customers queries and questions regarding any technical problems, warranties and repairs. 
•    Carrying out stock takes and maintaining an inventory. 
•    Inspecting any items for quality or damage. 
•    Managing a team of Parts Advisors within the Parts department, and managing a further 3 parts advisors across different sites ) 

Your Background & Skill: 
•    Proven experience as a parts Manager within a main dealer.
•    Managing a small parts team.
•    Excellent communication skills. 
•    Ability to work towards deadlines. 
•    You hold a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels. 
•    Committed to delivering excellent customer service. 
•    Confident and professional.
