  • Manage sales administration tasks, including processing orders, creating invoices, and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for sales documents and correspondence.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to guarantee timely product and service delivery.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 1 year in sales administration or a similar role (required).
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A background in customer service is a plus, highlighting your dedication to client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with sales IT systems is advantageous but not essential.
