- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing orders, creating invoices, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for sales documents and correspondence.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to guarantee timely product and service delivery.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Experience: At least 1 year in sales administration or a similar role (required).
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A background in customer service is a plus, highlighting your dedication to client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with sales IT systems is advantageous but not essential.
