This multi-award-winning pub company are currently looking for a Deputy Manager who can provide support for one of their popular sites. Currently they are looking for a strong manager with previous experience within high volume, fresh food, pub restaurants.
The role will allow you to learn every aspect of the business and develop your skills to become a future General Manager for one of their sister sites. The ideal candidate will feel passionately about their career in hospitality and have a cheerful and vibrant personality.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who enjoys working in an environment that is all about creating the best experience for customers. You will have excellent leadership skills, be a team player with a real passion for food and be able to help lead from the front with a calm and focused approach, especially when under pressure.
Another key aspect to this role is managing and training the team, including reinforcing staff standards, staff retention, recruitment and motivation to ensure they are fully on board with the companys vision for success.
