Deputy Manager fresh food, gastro pub package £36,000

This multi-award-winning pub company are currently looking for a Deputy Manager who can provide support for one of their popular sites. Currently they are looking for a strong manager with previous experience within high volume, fresh food, pub restaurants.

The role will allow you to learn every aspect of the business and develop your skills to become a future General Manager for one of their sister sites. The ideal candidate will feel passionately about their career in hospitality and have a cheerful and vibrant personality.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who enjoys working in an environment that is all about creating the best experience for customers. You will have excellent leadership skills, be a team player with a real passion for food and be able to help lead from the front with a calm and focused approach, especially when under pressure.
