- Designing and delivering effective health and safety frameworks.
- Performing comprehensive risk evaluations and internal inspections to meet legal standards.
- Coordinating emergency procedures and leading relevant training sessions.
- Managing incident investigations and rolling out preventative improvements.
- Handling budgets and resources related to health and safety activities.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Health & Safety function, preferably within FMCG or pharmaceutical settings.
- Accredited NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications.
- Excellent at analysing data and solving complex problems.
- Confident in influencing change and implementing safety initiatives.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Advantageous if qualified in Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies.
