Join a global industry frontrunner and champion a culture of safety excellence!We are seeking a seasoned Health & Safety Lead to step into a key independent position, taking ownership of all safety matters, ensuring legislative adherence, shaping strategic policies, and nurturing a forward-thinking approach to workplace wellbeing.Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering effective health and safety frameworks.
Performing comprehensive risk evaluations and internal inspections to meet legal standards.
Coordinating emergency procedures and leading relevant training sessions.
Managing incident investigations and rolling out preventative improvements.
Handling budgets and resources related to health and safety activities.

About you:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Health & Safety function, preferably within FMCG or pharmaceutical settings.
Accredited NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications.
Excellent at analysing data and solving complex problems.
Confident in influencing change and implementing safety initiatives.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Advantageous if qualified in Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies.
