Join a global industry frontrunner and champion a culture of safety excellence!We are seeking a seasoned Health & Safety Lead to step into a key independent position, taking ownership of all safety matters, ensuring legislative adherence, shaping strategic policies, and nurturing a forward-thinking approach to workplace wellbeing.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and delivering effective health and safety frameworks.
  • Performing comprehensive risk evaluations and internal inspections to meet legal standards.
  • Coordinating emergency procedures and leading relevant training sessions.
  • Managing incident investigations and rolling out preventative improvements.
  • Handling budgets and resources related to health and safety activities.
About you:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Health & Safety function, preferably within FMCG or pharmaceutical settings.
  • Accredited NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications.
  • Excellent at analysing data and solving complex problems.
  • Confident in influencing change and implementing safety initiatives.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advantageous if qualified in Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies.
