Our client, an industry-leading business with a strong focus on people, is looking for an experienced HR/Recruitment professional to join their team on a 3-6 month contract to support an ongoing recruitment project. This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and offers the chance to work within an established HR team, managing a portfolio of vacancies across both the UK and internationally.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the internal recruitment process, screening CVs, and recommending candidates to internal departments. You will also coordinate diaries, check Right to Work documentation and verify qualifications. Depending on your experience, you may also be involved in the interview process, supporting managers in their decision-making and offering advice and guidance.

You must have previous recruitment experience, ideally within an internal setting, although agency experience will also be considered. Strong organisational skills and a good command of IT and ATS systems are highly desirable.

As this is a part-time position, you will need to commit to around 18-20 hours per week and be able to reliably commute to Paddock Wood.
